Congratulations to Matt Jennings on winning this year’s Environmental Meritorious Service Award presented by the City of Highland Park’s Natural Resources Commission.  Matt was nominated by Joe Hmieleski for his work with the City’s ravine system, specifically Millard Park’s Ravine, and the renovation and rejuvenation of that site. The commission was very impressed with all the outreach and work Matt coordinated amongst a group of community members to restore and renovate this ravine.  Matt will receive his award at the December meeting of the Natural Resources Commission.  Congratulations Matt!!
